COSTRUZIONE
Il Nuovo Milan di Pioli in costruzione ha cambiato qualcosa rispetto alla scorsa stagione. Per esempio i due terzini non entrano più in mezzo al campo ma restano larghi, ad eccezione di Calabria nel caso Pulisic resti largo, ma questo succede più nella fase di sviluppo. La palla viene sempre giocata da Maignan, che crea un rombo con i due centrali difensivi che si allargano e il regista arretrato viene incontro. Gli altri due centrocampisti restano scaglionati, con uno che si avvicina al regista arretrato e l’altro alle punte. Pulisic resta largo in questa fase, mentre Leao si avvicina a Giroud.

SVILUPPO
Nella fase di sviluppo, il Milan sfrutta le due catene in modo differente. La più sfruttata è ovviamente quella supercollaudata di sinistra tra Theo e Leao, ai quali si è aggiunto Reijnders in questa stagione.
Proprio l’olandese è la freccia impazzita dell’arco di Pioli visto la sua mobilità in campo e bravissimo sia in fase di impostazione, che in quella di inserimento. In quella di destra invece troviamo i nuovi innesti Pulisic/Loftus-Cheek e il capitano Calabria. Qui l’azione si sviluppa in modo differente, con l’americano che rientra dentro al campo vista la sua bravura nel costruire gioco, mentre l’inglese si butta dentro l’area di rigore centralmente, quasi a fare una seconda punta. Il terzino invece resterà più prudente, decidendo quando è meglio andare in sovrapposizione oppure restare in aiuto alla difesa.

LOFTUS-CHEEK E REIJDERS
I due neo acquisti del Milan sono già punti cardine nello scacchiere di Pioli. Il primo lo troviamo spesso dentro l’area di rigore avversaria, bravissimo ad inserirsi dal dietro. L’inglese ha già segnato un gol e servito due assist.
Pensare che nella sua carriera, ad eccezione del suo primo anno di ritorno al Chelsea dove segnò 10 gol, ha sempre realizzato al massimo 2 gol in tutta la stagione.
L’olandese, come detto prima, è la freccia impazzita dell’arco di Pioli visto la sua mobilità in campo e bravissimo sia in fase di impostazione, che in quella di inserimento.
Se il ritmo e costruzione nella prima fase dell’azione è lasciata nelle mani di Adli, almeno fino al ritorno di Bennacer, nella fase finale ci pensa Reijnders che poi è bravissimo nella finalizzazione a farsi trovare a rimorchio per il tiro.

FINALIZZAZIONE
La fase di finalizzazione, manco a dirlo, è tutta nelle mani di Rafa Leao. Una volta che la palla è nei piedi del portoghese, punterà l’uomo e deciderà se chiudere lui stesso l’azione oppure servire dal fondo i compagni giroud, che attaccherà il primo palo, Pulisic sul secondo o l’inserimento dei centrocampisti a rimorchio.

FASE DI NON POSSESSO
Durante la fase di non possesso il Milan resta alto cercando di recuperare subito il pallone, con i tre attaccanti, Theo e un centrocampista che restano in pressione alta.
Se questa prima fase non riesce, allora la squadra rientra nella propria metà campo restando alta con la difesa e molto corta, schierandosi con un 4-3-3.

CONSTRUCTION
Pioli's New Milan under construction has changed something compared to last season. LOFTUS-CHEEK AND REIJDERS
The two new AC Milan signings already have key points on Pioli's board. The first is often found inside the opponent's penalty area, very good at inserting himself from behind. The Englishman has already scored a goal and provided two assists. To think that in his career, with the exception of his first year back at Chelsea where he scored 10 goals, he has always scored a maximum of 2 goals in the entire season.
